The Caroline Chisholm Village

We often hear the saying  ‘It takes a village to raise a child’.  We want to make the greatest impact in our community for those that need it the most. We want to provide them with their own village of assistance. From providing pre-natal support for mum to early pregnancy intervention and positive outcomes for the whole family. Our aim is to keep families together. As a corporate supporter we encourage your organisation to be that village of support our families need.

Corporate Volunteering

If you are looking for something rewarding to do with your team and give back to your community, join us in our Essendon or Caroline Springs office and spend 2- 4 hours donating your time to support our work.

Some of the activities you may be involved in:

• Sorting, and packing our essentials material aid packs (for children aged 0-5 years).
• Quality checking and cleaning our prams and car seats so they are ready to go out to a family.
• Dropping off material aid packs to our families.

We kindly ask for a financial donation which is tax deductible for your organisation, which ensures that we can keep our Every Child Program running and provides a trained staff member that will guide you through the tasks required.

We will provide a presentation about the organisation at the start and have time for a break with refreshments.

Workplace Giving

This is a great way to contribute towards a worthy cause, and can be organised through your payroll or you can sign up through our Good Company platform.

Once it’s set up, your monthly or quarterly donation will be taken out before tax, which is a great incentive and reason to give.

Material Aid Drive

We are always in need of material aid for our families, but more importantly to also give our families the gift of freedom. Car seats and prams are vital to our families getting out and about in the community and connecting.

You can organise a material aid drive with your work colleagues, set up a collection point in your office(s) and collect items we accept.
